I've met a few via dating sites like POF and OKC. I've met some giant breasted women anywhere from a D to M cups. (largest was a whopping 40-M cupper) (I consider a D-cup to be a starter kit.)
A few others had their own smaller websites that I just contacted via ICQ and Yahoo IM back in the day.
