I can't be too specific for obvious reasons, but there's at least two well known agencies on the east coast that are basically fronts for high end escorting. The models on their roster do book a lot of legit gigs and campaigns, but most of it is really just a sophisticated cover.

Some of the girls in the business are already escorting by the time they get signed with a "real" modeling agency. It's often used as a way of legitimizing their activities and breaking into upper echelons of it.
