To answer your question regarding websites:
I've met a few via dating sites like POF and OKC. I've met some giant breasted women anywhere from a D to M cups. (largest was a whopping 40-M cupper) (I consider a D-cup to be a starter kit.)
A few others had their own smaller websites that I just contacted via ICQ and Yahoo IM back in the day. (Before anyone suggests that I was being suckered, I can safely say that I never, ever, ever paid for sites back then and certainly never paid for the opportunity to chat.) I always started out being complimentary, but always, always, always polite and low key. Patience will always be rewarded because the women know they are super-busty, so it would be ridiculous to never comment on them.
