If she is the same person in the news then she pleaded guilty on Thursday and is maybe in prison because sentencing was immediate. Most countries give time between sentencing and servicing so hopefully China is the same. It is also an opportunity for the court to reduce prison sentences but I don't know what happens in China.

The laws are based on Puritan laws or pressure from west countries. Example is America caused Japan to censor nudity. Most governments with these laws were started in 1950s or 1960s when Puritan laws were everywhere. Western governments removed the Puritan laws but Asian countries didn't.

At some point, Nuomeizi Mini's assistant started working with Revangga Eka Saputra without her knowing. Revangga Eka Saputra then created many fake accounts for Chinese models and has fooled many man into sending money to his Indonesian PayPal account djuna24@gmail .com, metamargareth87@gmail .com, PayPal Me eungolden.
The Instagram account nuomeiziminibabe_ is official but there's no indication Nuomeizi actually knows it exists. She doesn't have direct access to Twitter or Instagram and her assistant, meizidabb, is working with Revangga Eka Saputra to try to hide his catfishing.
