It always amazes me just how many people seem to keep subscribing to dead channels.

For example Evgenia Talanina/Janefay seems to have pretty much retired and dropped off the face of the Earth back in June but she's still got a few hundred subscribers stumping up at least $10/month.

There should be some kind of cap on how long a profile can be inactive, like at least two months max.

There's merit to that but on the other hand as the saying goes a fool and his money are easily parted and if you haven't noticed that you are getting nothing for your money then you are a fool.

For myself I sometimes wonder what happens to some of these young women who just stop posting. Nothing good in some cases I suspect, particularly the Russian emigres in East Asia. Quite a lot of their accounts seem to be run by third parties like Mavrin or Murbo in Talanina's (it was his missus doing most of the posting under the "janefay" name) case and I suspect that they're dropped like stones when they become "uppity" or less profitable.
